All of the Caribbean islands have their own quirky governmental agencies and knowing the most direct and straightforward path with trusted contacts save project’s time, money, and energy.

2. Strategy Planning

A Caribbean project for most is not their only residence, they are sophisticated owner’s who know what they want and do not want to be told no. Blending those expectations with local constraints is what separates our projects from others.  We work with the best real estate brokers on St. Barths, TB, and Anguilla to identify and build a strategy around the investment.  Whether that investment is a Villa compound for family retreat and only used a few weeks a year or a real estate investment with a planned return on investment, we bring our experience alongside trusted local advisors to balance your project’s capital investment and vision.

4. Project Cost Management

TBG can provide the initial “napkin budget”, through the acquisitions, schematic design and bidding process.  During the construction and ordering process the owner or owner’s representative will be furnished with monthly approved costs incurred and document the investment spend to the planned capital expenditure.
